How does the real Whizzinator XXX start and stop the flow of synthetic urine?
The real Whizzinator XXX uses a push button/squeeze type of realese valve located in the base of the prosthetic. Push/squeeze to start the flow and release to stop it.
How much synthetic urine does the real Whizzinator XXX's reservoir bag hold?
About 150mL or 4 ounces. However, it is recommended that you only fill the reservoir up to about 130mL as a safety precaution.
How does the real Whizzinator XXX 1 start and stop the flow of synthetic urine?
The real Whizzinator XXX 1 uses an internal pinch valve which starts and stops the flow of synthetic urine. The pinch valve is operated by simply pinching on the shaft of the prosthetic near the tip. This means that only one hand is required to stop and start the flow of synthetic urine. Pinch on the shaft when you want the synthetic urine to flow and stop pinching when you want it to stop flowing. This is a more natural and realistic method of controlling the flow of synthetic urine.
How much synthetic urine does the real Whizzinator XXX 1's reservoir bag hold?

Due to the stress that is placed upon the reservoir bag while being squeezed, the maximum fill amount of 130mL is recommended to prevent the reservoir bag from developing any leaks.

Gold'n Shower dehydrated synthetic human urine has almost the exact same chemical composition as real human urine. Although dehydrated synthetic human urine is made in a lab, it still has the proper color, pH, smell, foam, and all of the common compounds found in a real urine solution. This solution includes creatine, urea, magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, uric acid, and many more.

What is the First Aid kit used for?
The First Aid kit is used as a female version of the real Whizzinator XXX and real Whizzinator XXX 1. The First Aid kit is used without the prosthetic. This is why we included a tube clamp. This allows you to wear and use the First Aid kit to determine the optimum length of the reservoir tubing that is the most comfortable. Then, after you have determined the length that works best, you can cut the reservoir tubing to suit your needs.
How exact are the color samples available for each prosthetic?
The color samples are actual photographs of what the product will look like. However, your computer monitor and settings may affect the look of each color that you see on the screen but the actual color will be very close to what you see in the picture.
What if I don't like the color of my product. Is it possible for me to exchange it for another color?
Yes, but only as long as the clear, sealed packaging has not been opened or tampered with. The shipping costs to return the original item and pay for the exchanged item to be shipped are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the sealed packaging has been opened it cannot be exchanged.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 6:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. All Saturday orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST in order to be shipped the same business day. All Sunday and Holiday orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.
When can I expect my package to arrive?
This is dependent upon the shipping method option you selected at the time of checkout and can range from one to seven business days. Please refer to your purchase invoice for specific shipping information.
Who will be delivering my package?
This is dependent upon the shipping option you selected at the time of checkout. However, we typically ship through the United States Postal Service and Federal Express.
I chose one delivery service to ship my package and it was delivered by another carrier. Is this normal?
On occasion we may have to switch carriers due to unforeseen events or shipping time frames. If the carrier we switched to is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs. If the carrier is more expensive than the shipping option you selected, we will not charge you the difference. If it's vital that one particular carrier deliver your package, please let us know by leaving a note in the comments section of the order page.
Can I have my package delivered to a post office box?
Yes, but you will have to ship your package using the United States Postal Service. UPS and Federal Express DO NOT deliver to post office boxes. If you need a next day delivery option to mail to a post office box, you may contact our office for a quote.
How many hours will the heat packs heat the synthetic urine reservoir?
The heat packs will heat the synthetic urine for approximately eight hours. Two heat packs are included in every kit so you will get a total of sixteen hours of heat.
What are your return policies?
You may return your product for credit within 14 days if it is unopened/undamaged. A 25% return fee will apply & shipping costs are non-refundable. Refusal or failure to claim a package held for pick-up will result in cancelation per the Terms of this agreement. All fees will be deductedbefore credit is issued to the original payment method & can take 3 weeks to process.
