Free Refill Offer
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Buyer/User agrees and understands that in order to qualify for the free refill offer, he/she must mail in the Refill Registration Card provided with their purchase of a Real Whizzinator XXX.
2) Buyer/user agrees that the Free Refill Offer is not retroactive and is only valid on any Real Whizzinator XXX(s) purchased after January 1, 2010.
3) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she must fill in all required information on the Refill Registration Card prior to mailing. Buyer/User further agrees that by not returning the Refill Registration Card, buyer/user is choosing to waive any rights he/she may have had in participating in the Free Refill Offer.
4) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she is limited to one (1) refill of synthetic urine every thirty (30) days.
5) Buyer/User agrees and understands that a refill is defined as one (1) vial of powered synthetic urine capable of creating approximately 90mL of synthetic urine.
6) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she is limited to a maximum of three (3) free refills per Real Whizzinator XXX purchase.
7) Buyer/User agrees and understands that each free refill request must correspond to a valid Real Whizzinator XXX serial number (found on last page of instructions).
8) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she must call 1-866-997-0797 and request his/her free refill by speaking directly with an agent, servant, or employee of Massive Dynamics. Buyer/User further agrees and understands that the information requested by any agent, servant, or employee of Massive Dynamics during this phone call must match the information provided by the buyer/user in his/her Refill Registration Card.
9) Buyer/User agrees and understands that the free refill offer is completed upon request and delivery of the third (3rd) refill. Future refills will be sold to buyer/user at the price listed on the order page of http://www.realwhizzinatorxxx.com.
10) Buyer/User agrees that if he/she purchases a subsequent Real Whizzinator XXX(s), any Free Refill Offer will only be valid under the Terms and Conditions of the Free Refill Offer offered at the time buyer/user purchases the subsequent Real Whizzinator XXX(s).
11) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she is responsible for the postage necessary to mail the Refill Registration Card.
12) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she will mail the Refill Registration Card to the address listed on the Refill Registration Card within forty-five (45) days of receiving his/her Real Whizzinator XXX unit. Deadline extensions will be granted for lost, damaged, or missing Refill Registration Cards.
13) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she is responsible for shipping and handling costs of each refill. Cost of shipping will vary depending on method buyer/user chooses.
14) Buyer/User agrees and understands that this product is not intended to violate any state, local, or federal laws and is not to be purchased where prohibited.
15) Buyer/User agrees and understands that he/she is over the age of majority for his/her state.
16) Buyer/User agrees and understands that if any agent, servant, or employee of Massive Dynamics determines that buyer/user has used or intends to use this product for any illegal purpose, Massive Dynamics free refill offer, as it applies to buyer/user and their Real Whizzinator XXX serial number, will become null and void.
17) Buyer/User agrees and understands that if his/her Refill Registration Card is lost, damaged or stolen, he/she may request s replacement as long a valid Real Whizzinator XXX serial number is provided (found on last page of instructions). However, buyer/user agrees and understands that until his/her Refill Registration Card is received and verified by an agent, servant or employee of Massive Dynamics, no free refills will be sent to buyer/user.
18) Buyer/User agrees and understands that replacement Refill Registration Cards can only be mailed through USPS First Class Mail. Buyer/User agrees and understands that replacement Refill Registration Cards will not be sent to him/her via e-mail or similar electronic transmission.
19) Buyer/User may purchase refills of synthetic urine from http://www.realwhizzinatorxxx.com at any time prior to or subsequent to the completion of his/her free refill offer.
20) Buyer/User agrees that if any agent, servant, or employee of Massive Dynamics determines that buyer/user has used or is attempting to use his/her Real Whizzinator XXX for any illegal purpose, he/she will not be allowed to purchase any future products from Massive Dynamics.
21) Buyer/User agrees and understands that this Free Refill Offer is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of his/her purchase of a Real Whizzinator XXX. Buyer/User further agrees and understands that the Free Refill Offer becomes null and void, as it applies to the user/buyer,at midnight on the twelve (12) month anniversary of buyer's/user's Real Whizzinator XXX purchase.
