How does  the Real Whizzinator-XXX start and stop the flow of urine?

Answer: The Real Whizzinator XXX uses an on off valve that is operated by simply twisting one direction for on and the opposite direction for off.

How much fluid does the Real Whizzinator-XXX's reservoir bag hold?

Answer: About 150mL or 4 ounces.  However, it is recommended that you only fill the reservoir up to about 130mL as a safety precaution.

What is included in a Real Whizzinator-XXX  kit?

Answer: A complete kit comes with a prosthetic unit, with all the necessary hardware, one vial of synthetic urine, two heat packs, temperature indicator, a syringe, and detailed instructions.

Answer: People most commonly associate prostheses with missing arms and legs, but we are using the term to refer to the actual faux penis.

What is synthetic urine?

Answer: Synthetic urine has almost the exact same chemical composition as real human urine.  Although synthetic urine is made in a lab, it still has the proper color, pH, and all of the common compounds found in a real urine solution.  This solution includes creatine, urea, magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and many more.

What is the Real Whizzinator-XXX used for?

Answer: The Real Whizzinator-XXX is an adult sex toy.  It is a sterile and ultra hygienic urinating device which can be used as a wet sex simulator, wet sex stimulator, or even as a novelty item.

      The Real Whizzinator-XXX was designed for people who enjoy this type of pleasure but are concerned about some of the problems associated with human urine. Human urine is defined as a sterile solution, which means that  bacteria has a difficult time thriving in it.  However, human urine is not germ, virus, and bacteria free.  Human urine can be very hazardous to humans.

      Synthetic urine is the perfect substitution for human urine and some of the problems associated with it.  There is no need to worry about bacteria, germs, viruses, or other contaminants as synthetic urine is created in a sterile lab environment.  Synthetic urine can mixed with water and used immediately. You get the realism of urine without the problems and dangers associated with real human urine.

Can I use the Real Whizzinator-XXX to pass a drug test?

Answer: No.  Do not use the Real Whizzinator-XXX to defeat a drug test.  Substituting your urine in an attempt to defraud a lawfully administered drug test, is illegal.  Therefore, using the Real Whizzinator-XXX to substitute your own urine is illegal and could result in fines and/or prosecution by the entity which requested that you provide a urine sample.  We do not promote nor sell the Real Whizzinator-XXX for the purposes of defeating a lawfully administered drug test.  Please read the answer to Question #7 for information on what the Real Whizzinator-XXX is to be used for.

How exact are the color samples available for each prosthetic?

Answer: The color samples are actual photographs of what the product will look like.  However, your computer monitor and settings may affect the look of each color that you see on the screen but the actual color will be very close to what you see in the picture.

What if I don't like the color of my product.  Is it possible for me to exchange it for another color?

Answer: Yes, but only as long as the clear, sealed packaging has not been opened or tampered with.  The shipping costs to return the original item and pay for the exchanged item to be shipped are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Once the sealed packaging has been opened it cannot be exchanged.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Answer: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day.  All Saturday orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST in order to be shipped the same business day.  All Sunday  and Holiday orders will be shipped the following business day.  Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.

When can I expect my package to arrive?

Answer: This is dependent upon the shipping method option you selected at the time of checkout and can range from one to seven business days.  Please refer to your purchase invoice for specific shipping information.

Who will be delivering my package?

Answer: This is dependent upon the shipping option you selected at the time of checkout.  However, we typically ship through the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. 

Question #14

I chose one delivery service to ship my package and it was delivered by another carrier.  Is this normal?

Answer: On occasion we may have to switch carriers due to unforeseen events or shipping time frames.  If the carrier we switched to is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs.  If the carrier is more expensive than the shipping option you selected, we will not charge you the difference.  If it's vital that one particular carrier deliver your package, please let us know by leaving a note in the comments section of the order page.

Can I have my package delivered to a post office box?

Answer: Yes, but you will have to ship your package using the United States Postal Service.  UPS and Federal Express DO NOT deliver to post office boxes.  If you need a next day delivery option to mail to a post office box, you may contact our office for a quote.
